Free Ground Shipping On All Orders Over $100

As with all orders, free shipping orders are shipped same day for most items. However, we do use the most cost-effective shipping for your area and item; wheher it's USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

Free International Shipping Over $300

All orders over $300 are shipped with USPS Priority Mail International if they are under 4 pounds. All items shipped over that weight are shipped with FedEx International or other USPS services depending on destination and weight.

What Shipping methods are available? 

We offer UPS or Fedex Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Express shipping option to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to all 50 states in the United States. International options also available. Please go to Worldwide Delivery for more detail.

What items require signature delivery?

All orders over $200 are automatically required signature. This is so we can ensure you can receive your goods safely and securely. Packages requiring signature cannot be rerouted unless authorized by our store directly. To reroute your package or change delivery please contact us by email at support@leenewman.com.

How long does it take to receive my order?

For In-Stock orders placed by 3pm EST, we usually ship same business day. For orders placed after this time, your order will ship the next business day. If an item on your order is Back Ordered, you will be notified via e-mail or phone in 12 hours. At this point, you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order.

Delivery time consists of processing time in our warehouse and estimated carrier's transit time. Processing time means the amount of time it takes for our staff to pick, pack, and ship your order. Transit times for shipments using ground service range from 1-5 business days.

How do I track my order?


To track your order, visit the order status button at the bottom of the Home page then enter in your Order ID and Billing Address. If you do not have this information on hand, just enter your e-mail at the bottom.

A detailed report of your item’s shipping and fulfillment status will be presented along with any past orders. You do not need to be logged in to track your order.
