When you email us or contact us through the website, we receive your email address, any name or contact details you provide, and the contents of your message. If you subscribe to store updates, we also keep your email address and subscription preferences.

Our website provider, Shopify, and enabled website tools may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring page, and visit times through cookies, logs, or similar technologies. We do not collect payment details through this lookbook. Please do not send payment card details or other sensitive information by email.

Email updates

Our promotional emails are sent no more than once per month. Contacting us with a question does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or by emailing support@leenewman.com. We honor marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days.

The monthly limit applies to promotional emails; we may reply to your inquiries or send necessary privacy and service communications separately.

How information is handled

We do not sell or rent customer information or provide our mailing list to other businesses for their own marketing.
